Standard Notarial Act Fees
Jurat: $15.00 (Per signature)
Acknowledgment: $15.00 (First signature, per person, per document)
Acknowledgment: $7.50 (Each additional signature)
A $30 travel fee (standard 2-hour minimum) applies during normal business hours. Extended or after-hours travel is subject to additional rates, fully confirmed prior to booking finalization.
Payment: Due at signing via major credit cards, Zelle, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Witnesses: Required independent witnesses must be provided by the client at the time of appointment. By law, a notary cannot serve as a document witness on a document they are notarizing.
Specialized Signings: For multi-document engagements or high-volume files, please contact our office for a complimentary estimate.
Booking Note: Travel fees are independent of signing fees and remain due if an appointment is canceled en route, or cannot proceed due to incomplete documentation, invalid identification, or the absence of a required witness.
Standard Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mon-Fri
After-Hours Signings (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM): Available with advance notice.
